All immispace order ship from our location in Los Angeles. We offer FREE shipping within the 48 contiguous United States for orders over $50 after any discounts or promotions. All order ship via USPS or FedEx. All orders come with tracking number. Orders over $150 require signature request.
International Shipping Info:
All international packages are shipped via USPS international services. Processing time 1-2 business days, transit times and delivery vary by country. Please note that import duties and VAT charges can apply for deliveries outside of the United States and are not included in your order’s total price. Shipping cost is based on weight, please see shipping method / rate at checkout page.

We offer 30 days return for most items ( excluding ineligible items ) if you no longer want the item. Original shipping cost will not be refunded. Customer will be responsible for all return shipping, please email info@immispace.com before shipping the package back to us. We will deduct the original shipping cost if the remaining order value is less than $50.00 ( not including tax ). The return package must be postmarked back to us within 30 calendar days of delivery in order to receive a refund. Items returned after this 30 days timeframe will not be accepted and you will not receive a refund. You will be responsible for shipping cost if you want us to reship your ineligible return item back to you. immispace is not responsible for untraceable or lost return shipments. We recommend using a delivery service with tracking to protect your return.
An item may be returned if: - unworn - unwashed - with original tags and packaging intact - free of stains, odors, animal hair
