We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, JCB, ApplePay, and GooglePay. 

Your order is subject to place on hold if your billing information does not match your credit card record, you will receive instruction email from us to verify your information. Failure to verify will result in cancelling your order and future orders will not be accepted. 

We usually ship package out within 1 - 2 business days after receiving the order. Orders are shipped on business days only ( Monday - Friday and excluding federal holidays)

All immispace order ship from our location in Los Angeles. We offer FREE shipping within the 48 contiguous United States for orders over $50 after any discounts or promotions. All order ship via USPS or FedEx. All orders come with tracking number. Orders over $150 require signature request.

All international packages are shipped via USPS international services. Processing time 1-2 business days, transit times and delivery vary by country. Please note that import duties and VAT charges can apply for deliveries outside of the United States and are not included in your order’s total price. Shipping cost is based on weight, please see shipping method / rate at checkout page.
