We offer 30 days return for most items ( excluding ineligible items ) if you no longer want the item. Original shipping cost will not be refunded. Customer will be responsible for all return shipping, please email info@immispace.com before shipping the package back to us. We will deduct the original shipping cost if the remaining order value is less than $50.00 ( not including tax ). The return package must be postmarked back to us within 30 calendar days of delivery in order to receive a refund. Items returned after this 30 days timeframe will not be accepted and you will not receive a refund. You will be responsible for shipping cost if you want us to reship your ineligible return item back to you. immispace is not responsible for untraceable or lost return shipments. We recommend using a delivery service with tracking to protect your return.
An item may be returned if:

- unwashed
- with original tags and packaging intact
- free of stains, odors, animal hair

We inspect each item before we ship it. In the rare case that your item becomes damaged during transit or you received a wrong item, please notify us by email at info@immispace.com within 7 days of receiving the item. We will send you a return label and replacement will be shipped within 1-2 business days after receiving the original item. If you wish for a refund instead, we will deduct the original shipping cost if the remaining order value is less than $50.00 ( not including tax ). immispace is not responsible for untraceable or lost return shipments. If you received a gift that you don't like and would like to exchange for another item, please contact us at info@immispace.com include a note indicating this is a gift return along with the buyer’s name and order number, info can be found in the packing slip. The purchaser will not be contacted/notified. You will only receive store credit for your return. immispace is not responsible for return shipping cost. 30 days return policy apply on gift returns.
